If you're not satisfied with FormWire, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to every plan, monthly or yearly.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email on your receipt, or email our support team at askmeout60@gmail.com and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your dashboard under "Manage billing". Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
