Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the FormWire website, dashboard and form submission API (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Form Wire, trading as FormWire ("FormWire", "we", "us"), the legal seller of the Service. When you use the Service you are contracting with Form Wire.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract, and if you use the Service on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. The Service

FormWire provides a hosted endpoint that receives HTML form submissions from your websites, stores them, and displays them in your dashboard. Features and limits depend on your chosen plan, as described on our pricing page. Each plan includes a monthly submission allowance (Starter 1,000, Pro 25,000, Enterprise unlimited) that resets on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC). Once the allowance is reached, new submissions are declined until the next month or until you upgrade. Forms stop accepting submissions while your account has no active subscription.

4. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan. You must not:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive;
• send spam, phishing or unsolicited bulk messages, or collect data without the consent required by law;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• upload malware, probe, scan or test the Service's security, or interfere with its operation;
• scrape, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service, or circumvent plan limits.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the submission data your forms collect. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect that data from your visitors.

6. Intellectual property

FormWire retains all rights in the Service, including its software, documentation and branding.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. See also our Refund Policy.

8. Service level

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time. After termination we may delete your forms and submissions; you can export submissions as CSV before then.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FormWire is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify FormWire against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. General

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
